How long is the term of the lease?

We have flexible lease terms. Most leases are for one year, but six month leases are also available. For College Students we have a special ten month lease to fit the academic year with an option to continue for two additional months. We also have a two-year lease which limits any possible rent increase in the second year. Finally we have Homebuyer and Job Transfer options for even greater flexibility.

Do you allow pets?

We happily allow cats and dogs. There is a limit of 2 pets per household, one dog and one cat, or two cats. Dog breed must be appropriate for apartment living by size and temperament. 

Do you have cable?

All of our apartments are "cable ready." There are several vendors our tenants can choose for video, internet, and telephone services including Verizon FIOS.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

We are happy to accept packages for our residents when necessary. The packages are held in the management office for you to pick them up.

What appliances come with my apartment?

All apartments come with refrigerators, dishwashers, electric range/ovens and garbage disposals. Some apartments have washer/dryers, but all have access to laundries in each building. 

How convenient is the location?

English Village is in Horsham, Pennsylvania, one of the most desired locations in the area, an easy drive to Lansdale, West Point, Spring House, Montgomery, North Wales, Montgomeryville, Ambler, Willow Grove and anywhere in Eastern Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Center City Philadelphia is easily accessible by car or by train.

What about shopping?

Just steps from your door is The Shoppes at English Village with Trader Joe's, Banana Republic, Talbots, Iron Hill Brewery and many other popular stores and restaurants. Across the street is a Whole Foods Market and other terrific shops in the Gwynedd Crossing Center. Montgomery Mall, a major regional shopping center, is just a few miles away. Everything and anything you need for everyday use or special occasions is just minutes away.

How are the schools?

English Village is located in the prestigious blue-ribbon award-winning Hatboro -Horsham School District. There are also many fine private and parochial schools nearby.

Do employees of my company get any special breaks from English Village?
