How long is the lease for?

Our standard lease is for one year. However, you have the option of choosing a two-year lease which will limit any rent increase in the second year.

We also have six month leases available, and Homebuyer’s and Job Transfer options as well in our Peace of Mind packages.

For College Students we have a special ten month lease to fit the academic year with an option to continue for two additional months. The College Student Program can be for furnished or unfurnished apartments and includes wireless high speed internet service.

Do you allow pets?

We do! Cats and dogs are welcome, although some restrictions apply. Contact our leasing office for details on pet rules and restrictions.

How convenient is English Village to shopping and transportation?

We know as well as you do that WHERE you live is every bit as important as HOW you live. You’ll be pleased to know that English Village is located in Horsham, PA, one of the most convenient and desired places to live in the area. English Village is an easy drive to Lansdale, Montgomery, North Wales, Montgomeryville, Ambler, Willow Grove or anywhere in Montgomery or Bucks County. And it’s an easy drive by car or ride by train to Center City Philadelphia.

What about shopping?

Just steps from your door are The Shoppes at English Village with Trader Joe’s, Banana Republic, Talbots, Iron Hill Brewery and many other popular stores and restaurants. Montgomery Mall, a major regional shopping center, is just a few miles away. And just across the street from your new apartment at English Village is Gwynedd Crossing with Whole Foods Market and many other terrific shops. Basically – everything and anything you need for everyday or special occasions is right here.

How are the schools?

English Village is in the blue-ribbon award-winning Hatboro-Horsham School District. There are also many fine private and parochial schools nearby.

Do employees of my company get any special benefits at English Village?
